I’ve been reading a lot lately about how bad eating meat is for your body, mostly red eat.
So this month I started swapping meat for beans and other types of foods which contain big amounts of protein.
The first few month I felt that my plate was missing something, it just didn’t feel like it was enough.
I’m almost done with the second week and I feel that I need to eat more often. Maybe a bit of fruit in between meals would do, I don’t know.
The say I’m dreading will Saturday. I enjoy some bacon and eggs on in the morning.
I’m sure I’ll be able to skip it, either that or I’ll just go back to eating meat.
